In-direct heating options provide clean lumber with a high level of control
Paired with DryTrack BDK or CDK you are able to control the heating zones off of the moisture content of the lumber
Cashco Ranger Valves offer a highly visible position indicator which makes it easy to see the valve open position, fail closed operation and the actuator’s multiple positions allows for flexibility of installation
The reheat steam coils are constructed of finned pipe utilizing serrated steel fins for added durability
The overhead coils are aluminum extruded fins to eliminate the problem of fin corrosion and minimize the air-side pressure drop. The finned pipe itself is a combination steel and aluminum hybrid best suited to withstand the corrosive dry kiln environment.
Each coil is hydrostatically pressure tested to at least 400PSI before shipment. The re-heat coils are divided into top and bottom control zones, so that the temperatures can be controlled separately to produce even top to bottom heating and result in low dried lumber standard deviation.
